This isn’t uncommon. Many of us have “blind spots” where we can’t see clearly what is holding us back. That’s because it can be painful to face the truth. It can feel more comfortable to stay in our suffering, to remain unconscious.

In this personal growth workshop, we call the blind spots “the abyss”. We shine a light into this black void to illuminate what is unknown to you but obvious to everyone else. You’ll see what you need to see, so that you can take action and make a shift in your life. You might be surprised to find that the blind spot is a personal strength you’ve never acknowledged.

• I need to take the next step in my career.

• I need to fix my marriage.

• I have  to move to a new place.

• I want to learn to dance.

• I want my life to be different!

• I want to feel like me again!

• I don’t want to keep doing the same thing over and over.

The abyss is the darkness: the things that we’re unconscious about. It’s a personal abyss; others can see what’s in our abyss, but we don’t.
